Join a welcoming environment aimed to promote self-awareness and create a yoga practice that benefits both your body and mind. Throughout the session you will be given options to suit your needs. You are welcome to opt out of any position. This is a judgement free-class where I hope you will find a consistent practice of self care and nurturing 🌸🫶🏻
No flexibility needed but some strength will be necessary to hold stronger yoga poses such as downward facing dog.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise email to borrow one . . all other equipment provided e.g blocks and straps.
Wear comfortable clothing and if you would like to you can bring a blanket for relaxation at the end of class.
