Book early because this class can fill up quickly, and for good reason too. It's a lovely way to end a busy day; with quiet reflection and relaxation. The poses are accessible for all, I would suggest, and India's calming approach helps guide you through gently. I enjoyed the class so much I booked her for a private class outside too (also recommended).

I have only done a few sessions with India, and found her Gentle Yoga class very relaxing, with stretches and poses at the right level, not to put too much strain on the body.  She creates a lovely atmosphere of peace and calm which I found most beneficial.

A lovely gentle class.  Perfect for my painful knee and conducted with calm and gentle instructions.  India is a lovely person and a good teacher.

What a fantastic way to start the day/week. The poses we were taken through were soft, easy, and gentle which made the whole process very relaxing. India's gentle guidance also helps to put everyone in a relaxed frame of mind. 

A style of yoga that emphasises slow and mindful movements. It is a low impact yoga practice which omits Plank or Downward-Facing Dog.

My husband and I went to Broadway to try India's wonderful yoga class. I would highly recommend, the hall has been renovated and is new and modern. Easy to park without stress.
